How do I return or exchange a product I purchased online?

We will gladly accept any unused regularly stocked merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the complete product to us in its clean original packaging accompanied by the original bill of sale. All merchandise is subject to the manufacturer's warranty & will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer's directions. We regret that cut materials and special-order merchandise are not returnable. Returns will be processed online and the funds will be returned to your credit card once the bank processes the return. You will receive an email confirming the return.

Faulty/Defective Items Replacement time:  

Upon delivery or pick up of goods, customers are encouraged to inspect their goods to ensure that there are no signs of damage. Any claims must be made within 48hrs of delivery or pick up by contacting us via phone or email. We will ensure to offer a replacement at the earliest opportunity possible, generally within 5 working days or earlier upon stock availability.

No claim of replacement/exchange/credit/refund will be accepted for damaged goods after 7 days from the day of delivery or pick up. 

All orders which were picked up from our store or warehouse must be returned to the same.

The following goods will not be accepted for credit:

①Any goods that are custom made or custom cut are non-returnable, as our suppliers will not take them back. So, please choose carefully.

②Any product which a customer may have damaged, altered, installed or installed incorrectly in any way. All installations MUST be carried out by a licensed plumber for warranty purposes.
